The Anne Frank Guide is a website from the Anne Frank Trust aimed at helping students understand the Holocaust and World War Two. The website is host to a number of useful features for any history lesson or citizenship project about Anne Frank, World War II, or persecution.
There is an introduction to Anne Frank and her family, a very useful Timeline that compares the progress of World War Two against the lives of the Frank family and their friends, some photos of the life of Anne Frank and the Second World War, and more useful sources and themes on Anne Frank.
The website is a perfect study aid for students researching a project on Anne Frank or the Second World War and would also be useful in preparing a lesson plan, with a number of excellent resources on offer. It would also be useful for those students taking the EdExcel GCSE course in English Literature which covers Anne Frank's Diaries. The resources are relevant for key stage 2, 3 and 4.
One very interesting feature is the "Make a Project" are, which allows you to upload and save project work under your username.
