Their website has an excellent Schools section which includes information on Food Competences, details of the FSA Cooking Bus, downloadable pdf files to help you teach food preparation and handling plus more teaching resources.
The teaching tools on offer cover all key stages and range from Dish It Up, a healthy eating resource for pupils aged between 11 and 12, to Food Route, a journey through food with exercises for primary and secondary school pupils, plus the website also has games and quizzes available for all key stages.
