E-On have an interactive experience for key stage 1 pupils and teachers exploring energy

The E-On website has a useful interactive tool to help key stage 1 pupils understand how energy is used in their homes.  Topics range from an explanation of Energy, putting that energy to use to power everyday items such as the kettle, what wastes energy and how we can avoid doing so, to safety in the home.

Each topic uses simple point and click techniques to teach the user ane exercises are simple, quick and fun.  There is a useful glossary of terms and a very good teacher zone with a teachers guide to all the activities and how they can fit into the curriculum and the chance to sign up for a newsletter and order a pack for use in the classroom.
