Fantastic Educational Resources about Elephants from IFAW

IFAW have some interesting resources about Elephants; protecting them and their habitats; discussing poaching; discussing the ivory market (post-1914); and more. On this topic there are activities that children can take part in, which will tie in with the curriculum. They can watch educational videos, showing shots of the magnificent mammals as well as the places where they live.

An interactive poster can be accessed by students who can read about Elephants. They can learn about the different breeds; they can hear how they communicate; they can understand an Elephants anatomy; and more information can be viewed.
