Tracing Ace Art Activity for Art & Design KS1 and KS2 is a fun way for children to learn how to draw common objects in a cartoon style such as cats or ducks. This is a very easy to use and simple resource, for all children that love to draw!
Technique for KS1 & KS2
For use in Art & Design KS1 & KS2, these fun activities teach children to use a "Learning Lines" technique to copy the illustrations, then encourage them to give it a go themselves!

Although there are just four cartoon pictures available to print out - a dog, a cat, a chicken and a little girl, all of these are a great way to work on cartoon work within the classroom, and encourage children to use their imagination!
Why not suggest a group of 4 pupils draw one character each, and then create their own story or comic strip about them!
