Teacher resources from Orange and Handwriting Help for Kids

Orange is one of the latest companies to offer free teaching resources. They cover topics that are close to home, including lesson plans on mobile theft and text bullying, but that are relevant to KS3 PSHE and KS3 Citizenship. There are loads of activities from Orange on their website, and they also supply accompanying DVDs and video resources with the lesson ideas and plans. Their section on online safety is particularly relevant in today’s world, and something children need to be educated about.

Another website offering free resources for KS1 English is Handwriting Help for Kids. This simple site provides great resources that encourage the development of motor skills and other physical aspects that can be linked with handwriting, as well as information on how to put together worksheets to aid children learning to write.
