As part of the National Curriculum breadth of study, children in Key Stage 2 study aspects of the histories of England.
This website provides information on The British Monarchy, which is presented as written text, audio and film clips. These provide different sources that children can use to find out more about the British Monarchy. Children can find out about the Queen. This includes her early life, family and significant milestones in her reign.
There is also information on the history of the Monarch, residences and collections that they have, such as the Crown Jewels. Significant events are documented in an images and broadcast section.
