This website provides some great teaching resources for children that experience learning difficulties or have a disability. All the resources available are completely free and downloadable, as well as having the option to edit the resources for personal use.

The teaching resources for SEN students are wide-ranging, with resources in Maths, English, Science, PSHE and other subjects. Basic reading and writing exercises are downloadable directly from the site, as are resources that encourage learning about human nature, such as identifying facial expressions. Each SEN resource is customisable in a different way, for example maths number cards can be edited to ascend in different patterns.

SEN Teacher also provides downloads for different activities, and this section includes other ideas including the use of computers and communication. Each idea is suited very well to engage students and will improve their skills, even such basic ones as motor skills through the use of drawing. The whole bank of resources offered by SEN Teacher is thorough and extremely useful.
